The Famous Ozello Loop Pontoon Tour
- Duração: 150 Minutos (Aproximadamente)
- Localização: Crystal River , FL
- Código de produto: PEWHNM
Our most popular pontoon tour! Enjoy a 2 to 2.5-hour eco tour.
When you are looking for things to do on the Nature Coast, The Famous Ozello Loop is a must do! There are no crowds or lines! It is the most relaxing way to see the beautiful waters and nature our area features!
We operate in one of the most interesting and diverse ecosystems found anywhere in the country. A First Magnitude freshwater spring discharges 65 million gallons of water a day into the Homosassa River. The river meets the saltwater Gulf of Mexico in such a way that all types of vegetation and wildlife from both ecosystems co-exist and blend together for your viewing
pleasure.
Things you are likely to see are dolphins, pelicans, native and migratory birds, turtles, alligators, wild pigs, deer, manatee, raccoons, and many others! We take you close enough to mangroves islands to see redfish, trout, mullet, and an occasional shark! Sponge beds abound in the Gulf of Mexico! Mangrove islands dot the landscape and if you look in the distance you are likely to see eagles and osprey diving for fish!
There is something for every member of your family and perfect for all ages! Our sunsets are spectacular and romantic - perfect for that special occasion. No vacation would be complete without exploring Old Florida and seeing it like a native!
Leaving on our deluxe pontoon through the back country of Ozello enjoying wildlife in the mangroves. A short trip to the Gulf of Mexico to see the clear waters and possible dolphin, sea turtle and other sea life sightings. Crossing over the St. Martins Keys to the Homosassa River for a view of Old Florida. Travel up the Homosassa River to Old Homosassa and circle Monkey Island. Rounding out our tour through the backcountry returning you to Ozello.
